Our home whitening kits come with tailor made, custom fitted trays and 16% Carbamide Peroxide whitening gel.
Whitening Gel Strength
A 16% whitening gel indicates the concentration of the active whitening agent - Carbamide Peroxide, in the product. Higher concentrations may lead to faster results, but they can also increase the risk of tooth sensitivity.
After the custom-made trays are made by the dental laboratory your dentist will explain how to use this kit to achieve the best result possible.
The recommended duration for wearing the trays varies but is typically around 2-4 hours per session.
Results can vary among individuals, and factors such as the severity of staining, consistency of use, and initial tooth colour play a role.
Tooth sensitivity is a common side effect of teeth whitening. However, lower concentration gels like 16% may be associated with less sensitivity compared to higher concentrations.
Before using any home whitening kit, it is advised to consult with your dentist to ensure your teeth and gums are in good health.
Follow the product instructions carefully to avoid overuse or misuse.
After achieving the desired level of whiteness, periodic maintenance treatments will be recommended to sustain the results.
It is important to note that individual responses to teeth whitening products can vary, and not everyone experiences the same degree of whitening or sensitivity. Additionally, maintaining good oral hygiene practices and avoiding staining substances can contribute to prolonged whitening effects. If you have any concerns or questions, consulting with a dental professional is recommended.

Professional home teeth whitening is a non-invasive cosmetic treatment that brightens your smile without drilling, injections, or removing any natural tooth structure. We will provide you with all the instructions and information you need at the time of your appointment.
Using our teeth whitening kit shouldn’t hurt, however, you may experience some increased sensitivity during and up to a month after using the kit.
No, your dentist will only take a pain-free, digital scan of your teeth.
With good oral hygiene and occasional top-ups, your results can last 12 to 24 months or longer. Avoiding things like coffee, red wine, and smoking will help your smile stay brighter for longer.
Your custom trays are reusable and can last for years with proper care. The whitening gel usually comes in syringes that last for 1–2 weeks of daily use (after opening). If you would like to top up your smile in the future, you can simply purchase additional gel from our clinic—no need to start from scratch!
You can safely repeat whitening treatments to maintain or boost your smile’s brightness. We recommend waiting at least 6 months between treatments to protect your teeth and reduce sensitivity. When you are ready for a touch-up, just get in touch—we will provide the whitening gel you need to refresh your results at home.
