Immediate implants allow us to place a dental implant on the same day that a tooth is removed. In many cases, a temporary crown or bridge can also be placed right away—so you never have to walk around with a visible gap.
This approach reduces treatment time and often preserves more of your natural bone and gum structure. However, immediate implants require careful planning and aren’t suitable for every case. We use detailed 3D scans and digital guides to ensure precise placement and predictable results.
If you qualify, immediate implants can be a convenient and highly effective solution for replacing a damaged or failing tooth quickly.

Right after removal, we place the dental implant into the same site using digital guidance to ensure precise positioning. If suitable, we’ll also attach a temporary crown or bridge so you can leave with a tooth in place that same day.
During the surgery, you might feel some pressure and vibration due to the drills and the taste of salty water, which is the irrigation we use to cool the instruments.
The appointment usually takes about 60–90 minutes, and you will be given detailed aftercare instructions to support healing. A few months later—once the implant has fully integrated—we will fit your final, permanent restoration.
They reduce the number of surgeries, shorten overall treatment time, preserve bone and soft tissue, and restore your smile faster.
If you have good bone quality and no signs of active infection, you may be a candidate. We will evaluate this during your consultation with a 3D scan.
In many cases, yes. A temporary tooth can often be placed right away so that you don’t have to go without one during healing.
The area is numbed completely during treatment, and most patients report minimal discomfort afterward. We will also give you detailed aftercare instructions to support healing.
While the temporary crown is placed immediately, the final crown is usually fitted after 3–4 months, once the implant has fully healed and integrated with the bone.
