When you're missing several teeth, multiple dental implants can provide a strong and natural-looking solution. Depending on your needs, we may place two implants to replace two missing teeth or use two strategically placed implants to support a three-tooth bridge. For patients missing all teeth in an upper or lower arch, we can restore the entire arch using 4, 6, or even 8 implants with a fixed bridge.
These treatments are carefully planned using digital scans and 3D imaging. In most cases, we use custom surgical guides during implant placement to ensure optimal positioning and long-term success.

Due to the nature of the procedure, we work in a sterile environment. It means, after you’ve got comfortable in the dentist chair and the surgical area has been numbed, you will be covered with a sterile surgical drape.
TV is on, and you are ready to go. During the surgery, you might feel some pressure and vibration due to the drills and the taste of salty water, which is the irrigation we use to cool the instruments.
Once the implant has been seated, you will get some stitches to close the area, and that is it.
All the post-surgical information will be explained, and a little goodie bag will wait for you at the reception.
We will provide you with all the information you need after your surgery is done. If you have any questions or if you are unsure about anything regarding the aftercare instructions, please feel free to reach out to us: reception@bespokedental.ie or call 018061312
We start with a full assessment, including 3D imaging (CBCT scan), to understand your bone structure and create a tailored treatment plan. We’ll also answer any questions and discuss all your options in detail.
Multiple dental implants are used to replace two or more missing teeth. They act as strong anchors for crowns or bridges, helping restore both function and appearance.
The number of implants depends on your specific case. You might need two implants for two missing teeth, or just two implants to support a three-unit bridge. For full-arch restorations, 4 to 8 implants may be required.
The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia, and most patients report only mild discomfort afterwards.
Treatment time can vary depending on healing and the complexity of your case. Some patients may receive temporary teeth on the same day, while others may need a few months for the implants to fully integrate before the final restoration.
Implants should be cared for just like natural teeth—with regular brushing, flossing, and routine dental check-ups. Proper oral hygiene is key to long-term success.
Implants offer a fixed, long-term solution that feels and functions more like natural teeth. They help preserve jawbone structure and don’t shift or need adhesives like removable dentures.
