Effective 1st December 2022 any patient who fails to attend or cancels/reschedules any oral hygiene treatment appointment and has not contacted our office with at least 24 hours-notice will be charged a €20.00 fee.

The fee is charged to the patient and is due at the time of the patient’s next office visit.

We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs, and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. If you should experience extenuating circumstances please contact our Patient Coordinator, who may be able to waive this fee.
